306 Leisure Bay is a luxurious self-catering beachfront holiday apartment in Milnerton. Boasting huge sliding doors and spectacular views over the ocean towards Table Mountain, the apartment is situated in a 4 star luxury suite hotel with a pool and beachfront restaurant. The apartment comes equipped with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, suited to accommodate up to 4 guests. The first bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed and the second bedroom is also furnished with a Queen-size bed. Other facilities include a kitchen and a living area with a TV. On-site facilities include a swimming pool, restaurant and secure parking. Facilities include Air conditioning, Dining table, Dishwasher, DVD player, Elevator, Washing machine, Tumble dryer, Hairdryer, Ironing facilities, Kitchenette, DStv, Secure complex and secure basement parking.
