Situated on the second floor, 28 Malata Beach is a well-appointed holiday apartment that comfortably accommodates up to four guests in two tastefully furnished bedrooms.

The main bedroom features a queen-size bed and enjoys direct access to the private balcony, where guests can admire sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds, making it ideal for children or friends travelling together. The shared bathroom is fitted with a shower-over-bath, washbasin, and toilet. Quality linen and bath towels are provided for guests' convenience.

The open-plan living area incorporates a fully equipped self-catering kitchen with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, crockery, cutlery, and a Nespresso coffee machine. A cosy breakfast nook provides the perfect space to enjoy morning coffee or casual meals, while a dishwasher and washing machine add extra convenience for longer stays.

The comfortable lounge offers ample seating and a TV, creating a welcoming space to relax after a day of exploring. Sliding doors open onto the furnished balcony, complete with a four-seater outdoor dining table, where guests can unwind while taking in the spectacular ocean views. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.

For stays of seven days or longer, guests may need to purchase additional units for electricity or water. This policy encourages responsible usage and helps keep costs reasonable for both guests and property owners.

Unregistered guests or visitors are not permitted without prior approval.
Quiet hours are observed from 21:00 to 09:00, and guests are asked to be considerate at all times.
Keys may only be handed to the person who made the booking.
Laundry and towels may not be hung on balconies.
Smoking is strictly prohibited.
Pets are not allowed.
Any breach of these rules may result in immediate eviction without refund and could incur additional cleaning or damage charges.
