Situated on the top floor, 257 Eden on the Bay enjoys partial sea views and features a bright, open-plan living space designed for comfort. The apartment comprises two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining area, and lounge. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds. The bathrooms offer both bath and shower facilities for added convenience.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, oven, stove, and microwave, making self-catering effortless. The comfortable lounge features a TV, and complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. Sliding doors open onto a private balcony furnished with outdoor seating, creating the perfect place to unwind while taking in the surrounding views.

Guests have direct access to the shops, cafés, and restaurants within the Eden on the Bay complex, making it easy to enjoy dining, shopping, and everyday conveniences without travelling far.

Quiet hours are from 21:00 to 09:00, and guests are asked to be mindful at all times.
Keys will only be handed to the booking holder.
Laundry & Towels may not be hung on balconies.
Smoking and the use of drugs or any other substances are strictly prohibited.
No pets are allowed.
Any violation will result in immediate eviction without refund and may incur additional cleaning or damage fees.
