The second-floor apartment features a spacious balcony with built-in braai facilities, ideal for alfresco dining while taking in the ocean scenery. Guests also have access to the complex's communal swimming pool.

The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 tastefully furnished bedrooms, complemented by 2 bathrooms. Portable fans are provided throughout the apartment to ensure a pleasant stay during the warmer months.

The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and opens onto the balcony, allowing guests to wake up to refreshing sea breezes. It also offers a private en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the third bedroom features 2 single beds. A second bathroom, equipped with a shower, toilet, and washbasin, serves the remaining bedrooms.

The fully equipped open-plan kitchen has everything needed for a carefree self-catering holiday, including a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, cutlery, crockery, and a selection of essential cooking utensils. The adjoining living and dining area creates a welcoming space where guests can relax after a day at the beach, enjoy meals together, or unwind with entertainment on the Smart TV.

The complex offers 24-hour security, providing guests with added peace of mind throughout their stay. Direct beach access makes it easy to enjoy the shoreline whenever you wish, while the communal swimming pool provides a refreshing alternative for warm summer days.

Secure parking is available in a lock-up tandem garage that accommodates 2 vehicles parked one behind the other, or a vehicle with a trailer. Four additional trailer parking bays are available within the complex on a first-come, first-served basis. Shops, restaurants, cafés, and other everyday conveniences are all within comfortable walking distance.

Smoking inside the flat/house is not permitted.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
