This well appointed two bedroom apartment is situated in a quiet and less busy section of the village, offering access to a shared garden and swimming pool. Positioned on the second floor, it is reached via an outdoor staircase from De Smidt Street, while an additional entrance is available from Loader Street, providing flexibility and a greater sense of seclusion.
The lower level is designed for comfortable, open plan living, incorporating a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area suited to four guests, and a welcoming lounge complete with a gas fireplace. French windows lead out to a compact balcony with seating, overlooking the communal garden, while a guest cloakroom is conveniently located on this level.
Upstairs, an internal staircase opens onto a spacious, air conditioned landing that connects all upper level areas. The main bedroom is air conditioned and includes a walk in dressing area, a queen sized bed, and an en suite bathroom fitted with a bath. A Juliet balcony adds charm to the room, offering pleasant views across the garden, with distant glimpses of the city and harbour.
The second bedroom features a ceiling fan and can be configured as either a king size bed or twin beds upon request, and also enjoys views towards Signal Hill. A second bathroom is well proportioned and fitted with a walk in double shower, complemented by views of the surrounding cityscape.
Guests are supplied with quality linen, bath towels, and beach towels, while a housekeeping service is provided twice during weekdays, excluding public holidays.
The shared outdoor terrace and swimming pool area are securely enclosed, although children must be supervised at all times. Use of these facilities is subject to body corporate regulations. Due to the natural gradient of the area, access from De Smidt Street requires only a single level ascent. The building does not offer lift access, and on street parking for one vehicle is available directly outside the property.

Quoted rates exclude the following fees which must be paid directly to the property after the booking has been confirmed, usually a week before check-in, but in some cases on arrival.

Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.
Cancellation policy
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
