19 Jarvis is a luxury two bedroom property. The main bedroom if furnished with a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, bath, basin and toiler looking onto the courtyard. The second bedroom opens up onto a courtyard and is furnished with a Queen-size bed. The second bathroom if fitted with a shower, basin and toilet. Split across different floor levels the living room leads up to the fully fitted kitchen.

Quoted rates exclude the following fees which must be paid directly to the property after the booking has been confirmed, usually a week before check-in, but in some cases on arrival.

A booking form will be sent and must be completed in full for us to then send 3DSecure payment link for the breakage deposit.

An admin fee of R400 applies if you do cancel more than 30 days prior to arrival and this will be deducted from the deposit paid.

Late check-in fees apply if the check-in is outside of normal reception hours.

The refundable property security deposit is payable 7 days prior to arrival by the main guest staying.

Please note the establishment requires the ID's of all guests to be provided prior to the check-in date.

The refundable breakage deposit is paid back within 7 working days after the check-out date.
