The Lodge Apartment is a private self-catering unit with its own separate entrance, making it ideal for couples or business travellers seeking comfort and independence. The front terrace provides uninterrupted views across the Helderberg and Hottentots Holland mountains, creating a peaceful setting to relax and enjoy the scenery.

Inside, the apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, an open-plan lounge and dining area, one air-conditioned bedroom, and a modern bathroom fitted with a shower, washbasin with storage cupboard, and toilet.

The kitchen includes everything required for a convenient stay, including a dishwasher, fridge and freezer combination, washing machine, microwave, electric stove and oven, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, as well as a generous selection of crockery, cutlery, and cooking essentials.

The comfortable lounge is furnished with a sofa and additional seating, and features a flat-screen television with local and international channels. Air conditioning ensures a pleasant indoor temperature throughout the year.

Guests also have access to secure off-street parking in a private garage.

Travelling with children?
Regrettably we do not accept children under 16 years.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
Please note that all cancellations are only effective once confirmed in writing. Guests making travel and booking arrangements with 18 Montpellier Estate must have their own personal or business travel insurance to support any cancellation or curtailment of their booking. In the event that the accommodation is not taken up, 18 Montpellier Estate will have the right to deem the amounts due in lieu of the cancellation penalties and, in addition, have the right to release reservations where deposit and / or payment is not made on the due date.

18 Montpellier Estate reserves the right to amend deposit requirements during peak periods or longer
stays.
