165 Waterkant Street is a self catering holiday cottage in De Waterkant. The bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed and decorated in an olive green, grey and white colour scheme. The room has a ceiling fan and desk area and overlooks the private courtyard. The stylish bathroom leads off the dining area with grey tiles, concrete sink counter and has a large shower, again overlooking the outdoor area. The living room faces Waterkant Street, with plenty of light from the front sash windows. A yellow feature wall wraps around the living room and along the corridor to the fully fitted kitchen, with concrete work tops, white bricks and yellow ceiling. This opens onto the blue dining area with French Windows to the brick paved courtyard with outdoor shower, seating and colourful wall art.

Quoted rates exclude the following fees which must be paid directly to the property after the booking has been confirmed, usually a week before check-in, but in some cases on arrival.

A booking form will be sent and must be completed in full for us to then send 3DSecure payment link(s) for the Rental Deposit and the to confirm booking. Full payment is required prior to check-in; see payment process and cancellation terms provided within booking form. Late check-in fee applies after our reception hours. Refundable Property Security Deposit has to be paid 7 days prior to arrival by main guest staying via Visa/Mastercard or SA Local EFT. IDs of all guest but be provided prior to check-in date.

Travelling with children?
Children of all ages are welcome. Children do need to be supervised at all times. Properties with balconies, roof decks, pools and hot tubs are not child friendly.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
