The complex offers lift access, located just a short distance from the designated parking bay, making the apartment a practical option for guests with limited mobility.

The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, while the second and third bedrooms each contain two single beds. For added comfort, all bedrooms are equipped with standing fans. The spacious main bedroom features a modern open-plan en-suite bathroom complete with a bath, shower, toilet, and a separate vanity area. The remaining two bedrooms share a well-appointed bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet, and basin.

The apartment's contemporary kitchen is fully equipped for a comfortable self-catering stay. It includes a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine, while a cosy breakfast nook provides seating for three guests. An espresso coffee machine is also available for those who enjoy starting the day with a freshly brewed coffee.

The open-plan living area is tastefully furnished with comfortable seating for six and includes a Smart TV with Wi-Fi connectivity. Leading from the lounge is a spacious covered balcony, perfectly designed for outdoor relaxation. Guests can enjoy meals at the six-seater dining table, make use of the built-in gas braai, and take in the magnificent ocean views from this inviting outdoor space.

The Margate Fishing Pier is conveniently located directly opposite the complex, while the renowned Margate Main Beach is approximately 100 metres away and can be reached via private access from the complex grounds. A selection of restaurants, cafés, and shops can be found within easy walking distance. Quality linen and bath towels are provided for guests' convenience, although swimming towels are not supplied.
