Standard Arrival & Departure Times:
Check in 14:00 - 18:00
Check out 8:00 -10:00.

Later Check-in times includes additional costs as follows:
- After 6pm is R 150
- After 8pm is R 250
- After 10pm is R 350
- After 11pm is R 450

Early Check-out times includes additional costs as follows:
- Check out before 7am - R 350

Enquire for departures after 10am and/or arrivals before 2pm at extras costs to block the departure/arrival day for you.

No smoking in the property, balcony smoking is permitted.

- Deposit paid is non refundable
- If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.

No pets allowed.

Breakage Deposit paid via eft. Breakage deposit will be refunded within 10 working days from departure.

Complimentary Items & Self-Catering Policy:
Our properties are self-catering, meaning you'll have the freedom and flexibility to dine in at your own convenience. To get you started, we provide you with the following complimentary essentials: 2 rolls of toilet paper per toilet, 1 bin bag, shampoo, body wash, lotion, conditioner, tea, instant coffee, sugar, and milk. Replenish these as needed. If your apartment has a dishwasher and you'd like to use it, just bring your own dishwasher tablets/powder along please!

Please note that most of our apartments are equipped with pay-as-you-go electricity and water meters. To ensure a comfortable stay, we've generously pre-loaded each unit with an average usage allowance for a small family.

For longer stays 7 Days+, you may need to purchase additional units for electricity or water. This allows us to promote responsible consumption and keep costs manageable for all guests & property owners.

Children of all ages are welcome.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 60 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
