A second shared bathroom offers both a bath and a shower, ensuring comfort and convenience for all. The bedrooms are positioned around a spacious open-plan living area that includes a kitchen, dining space, and lounge.
The kitchen is bright and thoughtfully designed, featuring an island with ample seating. It is fully equipped with modern appliances including a stove, oven, microwave, toaster, fridge-freezer, and essential kitchenware such as cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. Adjacent to the kitchen is a scullery, fitted with a dishwasher and a washing machine for added convenience.
Flowing from the kitchen, the dining area provides a large table perfect for gathering over shared meals. The lounge invites relaxation with generous seating arranged around a flat-screen TV offering a selection of DStv channels. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available, and a fireplace adds a touch of warmth for cooler evenings. Large doors open from the living area into a private courtyard where guests can enjoy an undercover braai area and dine alfresco at a six-seater outdoor table.
