I am Craig, Director and Tour Guide of my company, a passionate and experienced African enthusiast who will take you ‘off the beaten track', reveal the true African adventure and allow you to experience more than your heart desires. Born in Cape Town I spent my youth surfing, diving, going on safari and exploring Southern Africa. I have lived outside of Africa in France, Sweden, America and Canada, and am fluent in several languages.

Southern African Tours have designed each trip carefully picking only the most suitable route, lodges and activities depending on the guests style and choice of travel. Private Guided Safari Tours: Travelers are expertly escorted by either myself or Gerry. Our ethos is "the guide is the difference between an average or a great tour".

Self-Drive Tours: Explore Southern Africa at your own pace and create your own itinerary every day. We suggest your routing, book your accommodation but in the end, you decide how you spend your time. Lodge Experiences: Your personal travel ideas are being taken care of by our safari specialists including transfers between your destinations, activities, dinner bookings and suggestions of once - in - a - lifetime experiences.

Any optional activities you might be interested in shall be offered to you at our preferential, discounted. They include: Helicopter flips, Hot air ballooning, Boat cruises, Shark cage diving, Whale cruises and many more.

We are SATSA bonded. This binds us to a strict code of ethics, and certifies that we have complied with the necessary legal and insurance requirements. In the event of your cancellation, bookings / reservations lost and work done will be subtracted and the rest will be paid back to you.
