About the Kalahari Desert Festival
A soul cleansing and truly inspiring experience ignites the red dunes of the Kalahari Desert, as South Africa’s very own ‡Khomani San welcome you into their community and way of life.
The Kalahari Desert Festival lives dramatic dance, music, culture and history, and breaths the reconnection of both historically and geographically diverse cultures and South African communities in a way that most feel inspired and thrived!
Food and drink will be on offer at the Festival as well as a craft market where you can further explore the beautiful side to the ‡Khomani San.
Donkey rides through the picturesque dunes will run throughout the festival or you can go on a trek with the San and explore your taste buds. There is so much to learn, see and feel at this festival and it promises to be spectacular and rejuvenating.
