Visited the vilkage to soak up history, have a 10 0'clock snack and fill up with petrol. Run down delapidated town. Nowhere to have that snack. The Rainbow supermarket cum cafe will not pass a health and safety inspection. Left swearing never to return again

When we were on holiday in South Africa, we wanted to see the monument of Emily Hobhouse again.Its about 30 years ago , we saw the monument for the first time. I think the replaced the monument to the front of the church. I forgot the inscription, but it start : YOU CAME FROM FAR TO HELP US. The town is very nice situated in a rural area, and not far from other interresting places
