Really enjoyed my three weeks at Woodridge Place in Cowies Hill, Durban. Firstly, the accommodation itself was excellent. The beds were amazingly comfortable and impeccably cleaned everyday. There is a pool table in the common room which is great for unwinding too. Secondly, the breakfast was top notch. There was a great selection of cereals and and an English breakfast if needed. If the weather was good (99% of the time) breakfast could be eaten outside whilst taking in some breath-taking views of the valley. The owners Paul and Toni were great to deal with and very accommodating with any issues we had to deal with. All in all, I would not hesitate recommending Woodridge Place to anybody thinking of visiting Durban. A little piece of paradise. |
