CANCELLATION POLICY

If the booking is not cancelled via email notification & there is no arrival, there will be a penalty charge towards loss of business of Zar150.00 per day towards the intended duration of stay.
More than 30 days prior to arrival : 0% cancellation fee
More than 7 days prior to arrival : 50% cancellation fee
Less than 7 days prior to arrival : 100% cancellation fee
