All residents share a private boardwalk, situated a few minutes walk from the house, down to the beach. The house is fully equipped. Surrounded by indigenous bush this house is a tranquil haven from which to explore the idyllic surroundings of the lakes area and other Garden Route towns like Knysna, Plettenberg Bay, Mossel Bay and Oudtshoorn in the Little Karoo or to enjoy activities like walking on the beach, hiking, canoeing, birdwatching and playing golf on the many excellent golf courses situated nearby. Many restaurants and village shops are close by. ACCOMMODATIONThe style of this double storey house is modern, contemporary and spacious with quality finishes throughout. It is furnished in a modern, eclectic and minimalist style. The top floor consists of a luxurious and spacious master bedroom en-suite with a king size bed (separate toilet, dressing room, bath and shower and features granite tops), an open-plan kitchen, separate laundry and scullery, dining room and spacious living area with fireplace and a balcony. On the ground floor is a second luxurious and spacious master bedroom en-suite with a king size bed (can be converted to twin beds) also with a separate toilet, dressing room, bath and shower and granite tops. This bedroom opens onto a patio and a small pebbled garden surrounded by natural bush. The ground floor also accommodates a smaller guest bedroom, en-suite (shower only), which opens onto the same patio and garden. ADDITIONAL FACILITIES• Open plan kitchen is fully equiped and features granite tops and a stainless steel oven. • All kitchen utensils are also stainless steel. • Separate laundry and scullery equipped with double wash up basin, washing machine, tumble dryer. • All bedlinen is white cotton percale. • Television and DVD player.
