All requests, confirmations and cancellations are only valid if in writing.
The cancellation fee is a percentage of the full accommodation account and is not dependent on the Lodge's occupancy level:
15 to 31 days prior to arrival 50%.
8 to 14 days prior to arrival 75% .
0 to 7 days prior to arrival 100% .
