Whalesounds is situated against the mountain and enjoys uninterrupted views of the sea and mountains. The luxury suites have breathtaking 180° views over the whole of False bay and the ocean laps right beneath the house which is a favourite spot for the whales to visit every year. Watch them and hear them all day and night from your apartment!

Accommodation


Each of the luxury en-suite apartments has its own separate entrance. The large windows bring the stunning views right into your room from where you can watch the yachts float by or the dolphins at play from your bed.

Each apartment is equipped with a Television with DSTV (Cable), armchairs, fridge / freezer, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery. Bed linen and towels are also supplied.

Each luxury apartment sleeps 2 (double or twin beds). The two apartments can be interlinked for groups of 3 or 4 persons.

Breakfast is served daily as an optional extra.

Activities & Attractions Nearby


From Whalesounds you can walk to the shops and a lovely safe beach. There are many restaurants very close by that offer good meals at reasonable prices.

There are many stunning sites and attractions to visit within a 30 minute drive. Visit the Cape Point Nature Reserve, Ostrich Farm, Simonstown Naval base and many Historical buildings. Activities nearby include hiking trails and play golf on one of the nearby golf courses.

Also worth trying are the camel rides at Imhoff's Gift and if you enjoy horse riding, Long Beach at Noordhoek offers a wonderful riding experience and scuba divers will enjoy a dive at the marine reserve in False Bay.

Other famous attractions well worth visiting during your stay at Whalesounds are the Penguins at Boulders beach, the Wine farms in Constantia, the famous Botanical Gardens in Kirstenbosch, the Bird Sanctuary in Hout Bay and of course the V&A Waterfront in Cape Town.
