Review by: Joyce and Paul Harrison, Bedale, North Yorkshire (stayed: March 2008)
If you want vibrant night life - don't stay here. We had a wonderful peaceful stay at the end of our 25 day South African Holiday. The views from the terrace were spectacular - in fact we sat most of the time with binoculars, a glass of wine or a cup of tea and then we either ate in (wonderful food served alternate nights) or wandered along the tiny road to a small restaurant nearby for dinner. Lunch was next door at a small cafe/restaurant.
Stanley and Lainey were very friendly though not intrusive and couldn't have been more helpful. They provide thoughtful touches such as books on the area and sets of binoculars for those without. The service at all times was exceptional and we can't wait to return. |
