Accommodation

Waterford offers a choice of three totally separate apartments, each offering complete privacy but they are just a few steps from each other so ideal for extended family and friends to enjoy holidaying together.

GUINEA FOWL (SELF-CATERING, Sleeps 4-5)
"Guinea Fowl" is our larger (80m² / 800ft²) poolside garden apartment with spectacular mountain views. It is comfortable, spacious and fully equipped for self-catering. There is a large open plan lounge with double sleeper couch and a real log fireplace for those cooler Cape evenings, a dining area and well equipped kitchen. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, the second bedroom has two single beds. There is a full bathroom and a separate walk in shower room.

PADDA PLEK (SELF-CATERING, Sleeps 2-3)
"Padda Plek" is our smaller (28m²/ 280ft²) one bed roomed apartment. It is very private, comfortable and fully equipped for self-catering. It has a separate entrance, open plan lounge with a double sleeper couch, a dining area and well equipped kitchen. There is a separate bedroom with a queen size bed and en suite bathroom with a shower.

SUNBIRD SUITE (BED & BREAKFAST, Sleeps 2)
"Sunbird" is our Bed and Breakfast suite (32m²/ 320ft²). It has a private entrance with a garden aspect offering spectacular mountain views. There is spacious bedroom with the option of either a king size or two single beds, a dressing area and full en suite bathroom. There is a fridge, microwave, toaster and tea/coffee facilities which allow for light meal preparation. Delicious home cooked breakfasts are available on request.

Waterford's unique location offers country living while being centrally located for all the Fairest Cape has to offer. Located just minutes from pristine blue flag beaches, Table Mountain National Park, Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, shopping malls, restaurants, gyms, golf courses, wine farms and medical centers. Only 20 minutes from Cape Town International Airport, the City centre and V&A Waterfront.

For avid golfers, Westlake and Steenberg Golf Courses are within 5 minutes drive. Glencairn, Rondebosch, Royal Cape and Mowbray Golf Courses are within 15 minutes drive.

The American International School, US Consulate and Constantiaberg Medical Centre are a few minutes drive away, the University of Cape Town is just a short 12 km's away.
