Villa Plett is a beautiful and luxurious five-bedroom villa situated in Plettenberg Bay. The views are spectacular of the Lookout beach area, the tidal lagoon and the mountains beyond. The house is a 5-minute walk to the beach and easy access by foot into town. This is an idyllic villa to spend your summers swimming in the pool, entertaining and watching the whales from the top floor viewing deck. Villa Plett is a large property with a small walled garden situated in a quiet cul de sac.

Self Catering Accommodation

All five designer bedrooms are en suite. The main bedroom is large and well appointed and has an adjoining study / TV room. It has views of the pool and the sea. The second bedroom is a bunkroom and can sleep four. Both these bedrooms are upstairs. Beds 3, 4 & 5 are downstairs, two of these open out onto the pool area. One bedroom has twin beds. Two bedrooms have king size beds.

Bedrooms
The Main bedroom has a King-size bed and sleeps 2 persons. En-suite bathroom (shower, bath & WC), separate TV/Study area. Bedroom 2 has 3 bunks and sleeps 4 persons, en-suite bathroom. There are three further bedrooms all en-suite on the pool level, two have king beds and one is a twin bed. Two of these bedrooms open onto the pool area. All these bedrooms have bath, shower and WC.

Facilities

The living area is all upstairs to maximize the view with an open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge all leading onto a balcony that runs the full length of the open plan area. The lounge and dining area has seating for 10 people. The lounge has satellite TV, DVD and stereo system. A barbeque is situated on the balcony. The whole aspect is north facing over the beaches. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the mod cons for an easy and relaxed holiday.

The pool (6m x 3m) is accessed from downstairs and the house surrounds the pool on three sides. Adjacent to the pool is an outside games room with TV, pool table and sofas providing a great entertainment area.

There is a fully equipped laundry area downstairs and a small staff room with cooking facilities. There is a daily housekeeping service Monday to Friday. Weekend housekeeping can be arranged. There is an also a double garage and off street parking for 4 cars
