A 50% deposit of entire stay is requested to secure your reservation; balance to be paid before departure; full amount of stay is requested for stays of 1 night only.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation 0-7 days prior to arrival or no show forfeits 100% of price of reservation
Cancellation 8-14 days prior to arrival forfeits 50% of deposit
Cancellation 15-21 days prior to arrival forfeits 25% of deposit
Cancellation 21+ days prior to arrival forfeits 15% of deposit

Refunds and waiver of cancellation policies are at the entire discretion of management and the success of re-letting the suite.
