A deposit of 50% or the full amount is required to confirm a booking. Please enquire with Victorian Guest Lodge for details. Over peak seasons, holidays, easter and major sporting events we do require full payment!
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation24 hours prior to check in date– guest will be responsible for 100% full payment.
Cancellation 0-7 days prior to check in date– guest will be responsible for 100% full payment.
Cancellation 8-30 days prior to check in date– guest will be responsible for 50% payment.
Cancellation 31+ days prior to check in date– full refund, less cancellation / bank charges.
Please Note
No Refunds or Credits will be allowed for Accommodation or Meals which was booked and/or paid for, if guest/s depart prior to check-out date or wish not to have meals.
