DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

A deposit of 25% of the total cost is required to secure a reservation.
A 100% deposit is required for bookings made less than 31 days prior to the arrival date.

CANCELLATION POLICY

25% of the total cost will be forfeited if a booking is cancelled 31 - 21 days prior to the arrival date.
50% of the total cost will be forfeited if a booking is cancelled 20 - 7 days prior to the arrival date.
100% of the total cost will be forfeited if a booking is cancelled less than 7 days prior to the arrival date or no-shows.
