The service at Tiffendell is appalling and not worth the money. The room was nice but we had to ask for towels, soap and toilet paper and then it is only delivered an 1.5 hours later (never received the soap). The ski instructor didn't pitch for the skiing lesson and then YOU forfeit the money!!! Tiffendell is definitly not customer orientated and most of the staff are children that is more interested in their own needs and our experience of Tiffendell was really bad. We left earlier because of bad service.I wouldd definitly not recommend this resort to anyone that isn't already a fair skier. |

Don't expect too much unless you are an avid sportsman. The food was below standard and guests were not priorities while we were there. There are no basic requirements in the cabins and it was not value for money. |
