DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

To secure your reservation, a deposit of 25% of the accommodation value is required, with the balance payable 30 days prior to arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of a cancellation, the following terms apply:
0 – 14 days prior to arrival forfeits 85% of the reservation,
15 – 21 days prior to arrival forfeits 50% of the reservation,
22 – 30 days prior to arrival forfeits 25% of the reservation

In the event of a no show, 85% of the total cost of the reservation will be charged for.
We recommend that all guests carry travel insurance to cover cancellation fees in the event of a medical emergency.
