DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

Thornbay has a standard reservation form with all deposit details that shall be e-mailed or faxed to clients requesting accommodation. A reservation is provisionally held for 48 hours. Once the reservation form and deposit is completed the reservation is confirmed.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposits shall not be refunded in high seasons if the cancellation is made in less than 1 month before the reservation date. Deposits shall be refunded less a 10% administration fee if the cancellation is made timorously in low season.
