Notes:
Bed & Breakfast rate includes a continental style breakfast basket. The baskets may vary slightly, but the general composition is fruit juice, homemade bread, cheese, cold meat or local smoked trout, jam & marmalade, croissant or muffin, yoghurt, cereal & fruit in season.

Payment in full is required prior to arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Should you need to cancel please do so in writing.
• 30 to 15 days prior to arrival – 20% of contracted value administration fee levied.
• 14 to 8 days prior to arrival – no refund but will hold payment over to another date within 6 months.
• 7 days or less prior to arrival – no refund.
• The full extent of the stay will be charged for in the event of premature departure. This is not dependant on the Cottages occupancy levels.
• Please make sure you have sufficient travel insurance to cover all cancellations.
• The Windmill Wine Shop & Cottages reserves the right to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances – full refund.
• On third party reservations refunds as determined by the cancellation terms of the third party.
• Should refunds to a SWIFT bank account be required, an additional R200.00 charge will be levied.
