Notes:
¹ The cottages each sleep 2 persons and includes a continental style breakfast basket.
² The Windmill House sleeps a maximum of 8 persons in 4 twin bedrooms, self catering basis only.
³ Minimum charge for The Windmill House applies over long weekends, school holidays and public holidays.

DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

Payment in full is required prior to arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

No-show or same day cancellation, 100% of the total booking cost is payable.
Cancellation made 1-7 days prior to check-in date, forfeit 100% of the deposit paid.
Cancellation made 8-14 days prior to check-in date, forfeit 75% of the deposit paid.
Cancellation made 15-21 days prior to check-in date, forfeit 50% of the deposit paid.
Cancellation made 22-28 days prior to check-in date, forfeit 25% of deposit paid.
Cancellation made more than 28 days proir to check-in date, an administration fee of 15% of the total booking cost will be charged.

The full extent of the stay will be charged for in the event of premature departure.
