DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

• In order to guarantee a reservation, a pre-payment via bank transfer or a credit card authorization form must be completed.
• If no form of guarantee as been received by 12h00pm on the day prior to arrival, the reservation will automatically be cancelled without prior notice.
• Reservations made on the day of arrival without a form of guarantee will be released at 18h00 without prior notice.
• We will endeavor to call you between 24 and 48 working hours prior to arrival to reconfirm this reservation and the expected time of arrival

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellations: Cancellations of a guaranteed reservation after 12h00pm on day of arrival will result in a charge of one night’s accommodation plus 1% Tourism Levy as a cancellation fee.
• No-Shows: A no-show is the non-arrival of a guest without notification to the Hotel. One night’s accommodation (No-show fee) plus 1% Tourism Levy will be charged for guaranteed reservation that fails to arrive on stipulated arrival date.
• Periods of High Demand: Periods of high demand will be indicated to you at time of booking or prior to special events. During these periods we reserve the right to charge 100% cancellation fee of the total booked value for reservations cancelled later than 12h00pm on the day of arrival as well as in the event of a no-show.
