CONFERENCE FACILITIESFor conferences, Saxon offers two boardrooms seating 5 - 12 delegates, one larger convention room accommodating up to 30 delegates. An overhead projector, laptop, flipchart, JVC High resolution data projector system and an impressive 72 " plasma smart screen display system form part of the conference equipment available, complete with an on-call IT Manager to assist with your presentations. A soundproof auditorium with state of the art built in communication technology featuring VHS, DVD, XGA data (1024 X 768), laserdisc and microphone, and a cocktail lounge for up to 60 people completes the conferencing picture.
