DEPOSIT REQUIRED?
A deposit of 50% of the entire accommodation value is required within 24 hours of making the reservation.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of a reservation being cancelled within 8 to 14 days prior to arrival, 50% of one night’s accommodation will be charged as a cancellation fee.
In the event of a reservation being cancelled within 0 to 7 days prior to arrival, one night’s full accommodation will be charged as a cancellation fee. This also applies to no-shows.
In the event of an in-house guest checking out prior to the guaranteed departure date, a cancellation fee of 1 nights' full accommodation will be charged.
Should no cancellation be received by the hotel, the full deposit shall be forfeited, or in the event of a reservation being guaranteed by a travel agent voucher, credit card or company bill back voucher, the full value of the reservation will be charged.
