Annamarie and David welcome you to their 1920’s Cape Cottage style home combined with African theme. Enjoy their personal service in an informal, friendly, relaxed atmosphere in Hermanus. The Potting Shed is ideally situated, just off Main Road, close to all local amenities. The beautiful seaside town of Hermanus is only an hour and an half away from Cape Town and offers a wide range of activities. Apart from wonderful hospitality and beautiful views, Hermanus has scenic mountain walks, delicious wine tasting, craft markets, fantastic whale watching and one of the only Blue Flag beaches in the Western Cape. AccommodationWe offer 3 standard rooms and 2 family rooms all with tea/coffee making facilities and en-suite shower room. All our rooms have Television and safety deposit boxes. The Guest House is separate to the main house with off-street parking in a private courtyard. Wheelchairs can access all rooms and fenced off pool area, which has sun-loungers and barbecue/braai area exclusive for guest use. The pool area and patio is floodlit for your convenience in the evenings. Catering for the needs of families we offer DSTV, video, play-station, piano and family games in the lounge/bar room. Hair dryers and pool towels available. The Potting Shed is a non-smoking establishment.
