DEPOSIT REQUIRED?
A deposit of 50% of the quotation is required to confirm the booking, together with a signed
copy of the contract.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event that your function is cancelled, a full refund will be granted, provided the centre receives written notification within 45 days of your function. Thereafter any deposits will be subject to cancellation charges. 50% of the deposit will be refunded if the reservation is cancelled 21 days prior to the dates reserved. No deposit will be refunded if the reservation is cancelled less than 14 days prior to the dates reserved.
