Excluded / Extra
Quoted rates exclude the following fees which must be paid directly to the property after the booking has been confirmed, usually a week before check-in, but in some cases on arrival.

A refundable breakage deposit per unit, is payable on check-in. This breakage deposit will be refunded within 7 days from date of departure.An inventory of contents and equipment will be / is supplied. The Guest undertakes to keep the contents and equipment in the same condition as at the commencement of occupation and confirms that the cost of any missing / broken / damaged items will be for the guest’s account.
