DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

We require a R400 refundable deposit for breakages and damage and request full payment 7 days prior to arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellations 0 to 14 days prior to Arrival Date - forfeit 100% of the deposit.
• Cancellations 14 to 28 days prior to Arrival Date - forfeit 50% of the deposit.
• Cancellations more than 28 days prior to Arrival Date - forfeit 25% of the deposit.
• Please note that we do NOT refund deposits during peak season.
* Refundable key and damage deposit of R350 per unit.
