CANCELLATION POLICY

• If room is not taken up on the day of arrival – ‘no show’ fee is equal to 100% charge of total accommodation.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are subject to 25% charge of total accommodation.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are subject to 50% charge of total accommodation.
• Cancellations made within 2 days of arrival are subject to 100% charge of total accommodation.
