DEPOSIT REQUIRED?
Prospective guests are given three days (72 hours) during which to make a decision once they have received the quotation. The booking will be kept open for them during this time.
A deposit of 50% is required immediately upon acceptance of the quotation to secure the booking. Deposits are payable via direct bank deposits or internet transfers or by cheque (no cash deposits please).
We require for proof of payment to be faxed, SMS’ed or e-mailed to management. The balance will be payable two weeks (14 days) before arrival or, after special arrangement with the manager, upon arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation 0 – 14 days before arrival or no-show – guest forfeits 100% of deposit paid.
Cancellation 15 – 28 days before arrival, guest forfeits 75% of deposit paid or 25% of full quote value (whichever is greater).
Cancellation 29+ days before arrival, guest forfeits 50% of deposit paid or 25% of full quote value (whichever is greater).
