Sparkling Waters is a 3 star and AA Highly Recommeded graded Hotel & Spa situated in the heart of the Magaliesberg Range, 1.5 hours drive from Johannesburg and Pretoria. Sparkling Waters Hotel & Spa has been a finalist in 18 accommodation award programmes since 1997 and the only 3 time winners of the prestigious “Conference Venue Of The Year” award in the Budget Venue category. ACCOMMODATIONAll 56 rooms are air conditioned, bathroom en-suite (with shower and bath), colour TV with DSTV in all bedrooms, radio and telephone. Most rooms are twin bedded, although there are a limited number of double bedded rooms, family suites and triple bedded rooms available. CONFERENCESThe Sparkling Waters has 4 main conference centres with seating for up to 150 delegates and seven breakaway / boardrooms. The main centres are all equipped with white boards, flipcharts and screens suspended from Flexi Rails as well as OHP’s and Data Projectors. The conference package includes fee team building including facilitation (conditions apply) as well as a fee Health Spa voucher p.p.p.day which entitles the holder to a session in the gym, Jaccuzis or steam bath. No other venue known to us boasts this added value incentive. All special dietary requirements are catered for and there is a wide selection of speciality theme menus and fancy dress banquets. RECREATION & SPORTSMore than 16 on site sport, recreation, outdoor and team building activities, including tennis, volleyball, mini golf, mountain bikes, hiking trails, outdoor action cricket, crossbow and crossbow pistol shooting, paintball war games, very well equipped games room, play park, heated splash pool, cold pool, the spectacular Magaliesberg Canopy tours, Sparkling Health Spa and more. THE SPARKLING HEALTH SPAThe 750 sqm thatched pavillion that houses the SPA is situated in the gardens of Sparkling Waters overlooking the wooded area next to the Krom River. The complex comprises a fully equipped Salon with four treatment cubicles (professionally qualified therapists are employed) offering more than 40 treatments, Gym, Sun Bed, Indoor Heated Pool, Jacuzzis, Steam Bath, Hydro Therapy room and Sun Deck. For the second time in 3 years the Sparkling Health Spa has been voted as one of the Top 20 Spa's 2009 in South Africa in a client survey that was conducted by the Health Spas Guide SA. The Spectacular Magaliesberg Canopy Tour The recently launched Magaliesberg Canopy Tour promises the most exciting adventure team build you will ever have. Slide across the canopy of Ysterhout Kloof in the Magaliesberg range from 11 platforms constructed high against the rock faces and joined by 10 slides up to 140m long and in places more than 30m above the canopy floor. The Canopy Tour lasts ± 2.5 hrs and experienced guides ensure the safety of each participant while discussing interesting facts about the history of the range and its Fauna and Flora. ACCREDITATIONS
