All reservations will be guaranteed by a deposit or credit card.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If a booking is cancelled 7 days or more from the arrival date, the deposit is refunded in full.
If a booking is cancelled 7 days or less prior to arrival date, excluding the arrival date, the deposit is forfeited.
A reservation cancelled 7 days or less of the arrival date attracts a cancellation fee equivalent to the value of the first night’s accommodation.
Reservations not taken up are considered No-Shows and attract a No-Show charge which is equivalent to the first night’s accommodation, including applicable levies.
