The attractive modern kitchen has view windows (overlooking rose garden) and is fully equipped, including laundry facilities. The large, elegantly furnished lounge / dining room gives access to a north facing covered patio Adjacent private garden with dedicated BBQ (wood supplied) These rooms are all on one level, and hence accessible for wheelchair. The second large bedroom, downstairs, has a TV with video /DVD player Television in the lounge has option of DSTV. Access to broadband wireless connection if required (please advise) Well insulated and cool in summer . Underfloor heating throughout. Guests have full use of swimming pool and access to the larger garden.
