A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking. The balance is due before check-in. This 50% deposit is required a minimum of 72 hours before check-in.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation of reservations will attract the following penalties:
• Cancellations 0 to 7 days prior forfeit 100% of the deposit
• Cancellations 8 to 14 days prior forfeit 75% of the deposit
• Cancellations 15 to 21 days prior forfeit 50% of the deposit
• Cancellations 22 to 28 days prior forfeit 25% of the deposit
• Cancellations in excess of 28 days prior may incur a maximum 5% administration fee to cover banking and processing charges.

Refunds in the case of cancellation: Any cancellations made, in terms of these standard trading conditions shall be subject to the following deductions and administrative charges: Refunds to credit cards: the relevant cancellation fee, less a 6% credit card surcharge and a 5% administrative charge.
Direct bank deposits: the relevant cancellation fee, less actual bank charges debited by Soul Fusion’s bankers, less 5% administrative charge.
