DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

An initial deposit of 50% of your total booking fee will secure your booking.
The remaining balance must be paid 14 days or more prior to arrival.
Please note your room is not guaranteed until your deposit has been paid.

CANCELLATION POLICY

30 days + prior to arrival will be entitled to a refund of 90%
15-29 days prior to arrival will be entitled to a refund of 50%
14 days or less prior to arrival will NOT be refunded.
In the event of a ‘No Show’ you will not be entitled to a refund.

If we are able to re-book your cancelled room for our full contracted price you will be entitled to a 90% refund (a 10% admin fee will be charged to cover bank charges and admin. If you paid us via an International transfer then the additional fees to return your money will be paid by you).
