Spectacular sea views and a beach front location await guests at this luxurious self catering house, situated only minutes from the village centre of Hermanus. It is close to two golf courses and at the gateway of the Hermanus Wine Route.

Self Catering Accommodation

The house has been designed to comfortably accommodate any number of persons from four to ten. However, only one group will be accommodated at a time.

The five bedrooms (each with its own are en-suite bathroom) are individually fitted with queen or king size beds (or twin beds if preferred), under-floor heating, and heated towel rails.

Superior Room: (1st floor)
Stunning sea views, queen size bed and couch, separate dressing room, under-floor heating, en-suite bathroom with Victorian bath and shower, double French door opening onto balcony overlooking the bay.

Standard Room: (1st floor)
Twin beds (or king-size bed), under-floor heating, small private balcony overlooking the waves; en-suite bathroom with shower.

Superior Room: (Ground floor)
Sea-facing room with queen-size bed, dressing table, under-floor heating, French doors opening onto garden, en-suite shower and Victorian bath.

Luxury Room: (Ground floor)
Sea-facing room with double bed, under-floor heating, French doors opening onto garden, en-suite bathroom with exceptionally big shower, and Victorian bath.

Standard Room: (Ground floor)
Twin beds (or king-size bed), under-floor heating, en-suite bathroom with shower, door opening onto swimming pool area.

Facilities

The house has outstanding finishes, fittings and furniture, with a state-of-the-art security system as well as top of the range appliances. Other features include a private salt water pool, beautiful artwork, and an outdoor shower with hot water.

The open plan interior design echoes the beach ambience throughout the house. Whether you are lying in bed, or enjoying a glass of wine in front of the open fire place, stunning sea vistas meet your eyes all around.

The large spacious kitchen is fully equipped and has a built-in barbeque. Fitted with two dishwashers, gas hob, electric oven, double door fridge / freezer and a scullery area with a washing machine and tumble dryer you simply couldn’t ask for more. Every need has been catered for.

The lower lounge leads onto the outdoor BBQ area next to the swimming pool (with a cover, if needed to safeguard the little ones).

Shops and restaurants are less than 1km away and on request, a continental breakfast can be delivered to your door daily.
