All of the staff were professional, friendly and extremely helpful. The venue was neat and clean and the staff made sure that the water and mints were kept topped up thoughout the day. The tea, coffee and lunch was ready and prepared on time and was delicious and we received many compliments from the delegates.

As an employee of the Steiner Group, I have visited Cape Town quite frequently for the past few years and will be doing so in the future. Staying at Ruslamere makes it all worthwile! We had such an excellent and grand stay! I can't wait to bring my wife! She'll love it!
