DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

A 50% deposit is required on booking, balance to be paid on arrival. Please note that a reservation is not guaranteed until a deposit has been received, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation if no deposit has been received and place another guest in the cottage.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you have to cancel your accommodation booking we will deduct:
10% of fee if cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival
40% of fee if cancelled 10 – 30 days prior to arrival
75% of fee if cancelled less than 10 days prior to arrival
