DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation of booking to secure reservation.
Full pre payment must be received 30 days prior to arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation 30 - 15 days prior to check in date - 50% cancellation
Cancellation 14 - 1 days prior to check in date - 100% cancellation
Non-arrival (no show) - 100% cancellation
If a booking is cancelled and the deposit has been paid there will be a 10% non-refundable service fee.
