Rates Include:
• On arrival: a welcome drink; tea, coffee, milk and sugar for one day; fresh fruit, bowl of flowers/herbs; pillow chocolate and welcome note
• On weekdays: newspaper, turn-down service, housekeeping and a full on-site laundry service
• Essential bathroom toiletries and all kitchen cleaning materials.
Seasons:
Peak Season: 15 December to 15 January
High Season: 1 November to 31 May, excludes Peak Season
Low Season: 1 June to 30 September

DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

We require a 50% deposit to secure the booking, and a refundable key deposit. Balance payable on arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

30 days prior to arrival, a 10% admin fee is charged to cover banking and handling charges.
Between 10 and 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of the deposit will be retained.
Less than 10 days prior to arrival, 100% of the deposit is retained.

Christmas Season Bookings
Cancellations prior to 60 days before arrival incur a 10% admin charge.
Cancellations between 30 and 60 days prior to arrival forfeit half of the deposit.
