A 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking. Balance payable on arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Non-arrival or cancellation made 0-7 days prior to check-in date, forfeit 100% of the deposit paid.
Cancellation made 8-14 days prior to check-in date, forfeit 75% of the deposit paid.
Cancellation made 14-21 days prior to check-in date, forfeit 50% of the deposit paid.
Cancellation made 21-28 days prior to check-in date, forfeit 25% of the deposit paid.

In the event of premature departure, the total booking amount is payable.
