DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

During Normal & Easter High Season a deposit of 50% of the booking value is required 120 days prior to check-in date.
Bookings received less than 120 days prior to date of arrival require an immediate deposit of 50% of the booking value.
December bookings received before 30 June require a deposit of 50% of the total booking value.
December bookings received after 30 June require an immediate deposit of 50% of the total booking value.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Should a guest / group of guests not arrive, cancel on the check-in day, shorten their stay or reduce the number of guests, 100% of the first night and / or a days charges for all booked guests will apply as well as 50% of the balance of the total booking.
Normal bookings cancelled 1 to 15 days prior to check-in will be charged 50% of the total booking value.
Should a booking during high season or a special event be cancelled 1 to 60 days prior to check-in date a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking value will apply.

In the case of all cancellation fees and non refundable deposits paid, Pine Lodge will make every effort to resell the accommodation or venue. Should we be able to sell portion or the complete booking, Pine Lodge will refund you the portion that is sold less a 12% administration fee. All refund calculations and payments will only be done at the end of the booked period.
